Shipping

Like you, we like getting our orders as quickly as possible! Our products are printed on demand, and shipping rates and times are determined by the vendor. Additionally, there may be times when the timing is affected by supply chain issues. Here are some of our frequently asked questions:

Delivery

Our partners ship to domestic and international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. USPS takes 2-8 business days for domestic deliveries (not guaranteed) while international shipping may take a bit longer.

Personalized, custom or bulk orders can take up to 3-6 weeks to create and deliver.

If a package can’t be delivered due to an error in your shipping information or address, neither Beats + Pixels Co. nor its vendors are responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to re-ship the package.

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12PM EST or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Print on demand orders may take an additional day or two to be produced. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

To return your product, please contact us at customercare@beatsandpixels.co. If you send your product back without contacting us, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal/Venmo

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account when placing an order.

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to New York. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
